Our goal is to keep you happy because as trite as it may sound, if you're happy - we're happy! We will always listen to what you have to say and will bend over backwards to work out any issues or problems, which may arise from time to time.

We guarantee that all items sold by the Fountain of Beauty are genuine, fresh and perfect. We do ask that you choose your purchases carefully however! For hygiene reasons, cosmetics, skincare and fragrances cannot be returned or exchanged. Returns will only be accepted if the wrong item has been sent and then, the item must be returned unused and untested within a period of 7 days of receipt.

Shipping charges are only refundable if we made an error on your order.

If you are unsure of a colour or not sure about whether a certain skincare item is suitable for your particular skin type, we highly recommend that you pay a visit to your nearest retail outlet which stocks these items to test and try before you buy. Also realise that digital images are notorious for appearing differently on different monitors. For the most realistic view of colours, either visit a retail store or the web site of the cosmetics manufacturer to view swatches and details.
